Tallest Flag of India coverage by Mohammed Asif



The Indian proud, The new tallest and widest Indian Tri colour Flag has been inaugurated by the legendary chief minister of Telangana Mr KCR on 02nd June 2016 in the part of second anniversary of formation day of youngest state Telangana .

If we see the Highlights of this Flag:

The highest Tricolour installed in the middle of the city at Sanjeevaiah Park in the banks of Hussainsagar Lake.
The falg is settled in The area is called Nakshatra where greenery will be surrounded in STAR model.

In the same park other two new themes like Butterfly park and Rose gardens are introduced where the beautyness could be spread in next 10 months.

About the Height of this Flag :
it is 303 feets tall that means 92.35 metres in Height.

the Tri colour Flag is made of with polyester, The 72-feet by 108-feet flag, weigh about 92 kg and is being procured from Mumbai. Four flags are being kept on standby, in case of damage or need for replacement.

This Flag has beaten by 10 metres a flag in Raipur Chhattisgarh state, which is before the tallest.

a Kolkata-based firm called Skipper has completed this project. 
The total cost - Rs. 1.8 crore.
"It will be a great experience with beautiful lighting around it in the evening time.
The flag is visible from almost all nearby areas from the city especially it has a great look from round the Neck less road and Tankbund
By installing the India’s proud the tourism has been boosted in overnight in Hyderabad, as per the security official Mr.Srikanth information the 1st Sunday after the flag installation the visitor count reached to 9200 where the single day collection has reached to Rs.160525 where before installation it was just Rs.16,470.
